nQueue Billback Continues Growth, Expansion

John Mooney Joins as Business Development Manager; Will Focus on Western United States

Tempe, Ariz., November 18, 2009 – nQueue Billback LLC, the leading provider of software-based information accountability, expense management and cost recovery systems today announced the addition of John Mooney as Business Development Manager, Western Region. Mooney is based in Irvine, California and is responsible for business development throughout the Western United States.

Prior to joining nQueue Billback, John Mooney held senior business development positions at leading device manufacturers, including most recently Konica Minolta and Toshiba. “John brings exactly the type of experience we need to continue our growth plans,” said John Gilbert, Vice President, Sales & Marketing at nQueue Billback. “He has been responsible for pushing revenue at every stop, and he has frequently done so through strategic initiatives, such as data privacy compliance programs and Clevel symposia.”

nQueue Billback’s expansion comes on the heels of its strong sales and profitability for its iA (Information Accountability) since its merger early in the third quarter of 2009. “Law firms are looking hard at their bottom lines, and John will help us show firms that capturing expense data accurately, processing that data and acting on it will improve profitability for the firm,” said Rick Hellers, President & CEO of nQueue Billback. Information Accountability, or iA, increases accuracy and understanding of data, improving efficiency through cost recovery, expense management, workflow and business intelligence.

“I am extremely excited to be joining the nQueue Billback team,” said John Mooney. “It’s obviously a quickly growing and dynamic organization that provides real return-on-investment. I look forward to helping nQueue Billback continue its momentum in the marketplace.”
