Implementations / Support Analyst

nQueue is seeking an Implementations/Support Analyst to fill a vacancy on its support team.  The person will be located in Phoenix, AZ.

This full-time Implementations/Support Analyst position in an integral part of our Operations Team.  As part of the Team our Analysts assist our client base with the ongoing maintenance of our products along with the installation of our products either remotely or at the client’s site.


nQueue’s products are comprised of software and hardware solutions.  Implementation / Support Analysts regularly access client systems to be proactive and involved in resolving their issues.  Analyst will may work and communicate with our clients at client’s site plus via phone and email.  In addition, Analysts will work directly with ourDevelopment group in regards to bugs and future enhancements of the products.

Skill set:

    • Excellent communication skills.  Communication skills are a high priority
    • Self-Reliance – Team members need to take ownership of a particular issue/projects and follow them through until completion
    • Strong troubleshooting skills.  Ability to isolate a problem to its root cause quickly and efficiently
    • A ‘Team Player’ mentality is very important to the position.  Often Implementations/Support Analysts will work together and assist with each other’s client issues
    • Time management skills:  Support requests often come in unpredictable volumes.  It is important to be able to have several cases/projects going simultaneously.  The ability to manage your time is very important.
    • A quick learner that retains information.
    • The applicant will need to be prepared to travel.
    • Participation as a member of the on-call after hours team on a rotating basis providing technical support as required, is required.

Technical Requirements

The Successful Candidate will require the following Technical Skills:

Client Advocate

nQueue is seeking an individual to fill a Client Advocate role, who will be a main contact with our current client base.

Client advocate will be responsible for making certain clients are satisfied with nQueue installed products and will communicate to the client add on components which the firm may find valuable to their practice.  Part of the time this may be through a “Best Practices” review, other times it may be via direct calls, email or other updates.


    • Survey the clients (through several means including email, web, phone and other) to assess their overall satisfaction with our company and products.
    • Complete a pre-determined number of “Best Practice” reviews with the clients and various management, operations and/or sales staff present.
    • Work directly with Sales to increase our offerings to clients
    • Work directly with Operations to resolve client issues.
    • Maintain a client reference database within salesforce.

UX UI Designer/front-end developer

nQueue is offering an opportunity for an experienced designer and developer to join a growing software company.  The successful candidate will be involved in recommending, designing and developing UI solutions.

The individual must have proven experience in developing enterprise applications and be able to present a portfolio of solutions they have worked on which may include eCommerce, Enterprise Administration and Database solutions and preferably have worked on user interfaces that were designed for Mobile and Tablet.

The candidate must also be able to travel internationally for a percentage of their time and be comfortable working in a client facing role when required.


    • Design and develop front end user interfaces and mockups, wireframes and storyboards
    • Run workshops to define and communicate front end user interaction and design ideas
    • Work closely with the development team to rapidly build, test and deploy new capabilities
    • Develop prototypes and final application code and unit test using Javascript frameworks and REST Web Services and APIs
    • Test user interfaces and implement review of user interactions to enhance the user interface
    • Design technical solutions based on existing technology, ensuring the flexibility to extend the solution is scalable and maintainable

Qualifications and Experience:


    • Understanding of current front-end web technologies and principles, knowledge of cross browser compatibility and responsive design principles
    • Excellent written and verbal communication
    • Able to work to deadlines and collaborate effectively and productively with development, QA, management, stakeholders, clients and partners

Design (Minimum of 3 years’ experience):

    • Create wireframes, storyboards and user flows to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas
    • Proven and demonstrable UI / UX design skills
    • Drive innovative creative solutions; building product vision with intuitive use at the centre of design

Development(Minimum of 3 years’ experience):

    • Experience using HTML 5, CSS, Bootstrap and JavaScript frameworks and ability to produce well-structured and commented code
    • Web app development and implementations of complex AngularJS applications, directives, controllers and services
    • SQL database experience, CSS, 2+ years of JavaScript with JQuery, CSS and HTML5 Skills
    • Experience in Agile methodologies ideally Scrum for development
    • Experience building scalable and efficient front end Web UI solutions
    • Extensive knowledge and experience with an MVC Javascript framework

Desirable experience:

    • Working knowledge of business intelligence, analytics and/or big data
    • Experience in developing dashboard, administration or workflow solutions including task management capabilities/Kanban type functionality
    • Knowledge of or experience with technologies such as Electron and lonic for development of desktop and mobile applications using Javascript front-ends
    • Experience with dynamic form loading/generation and rendering technologies
    • Working knowledge of Azure, Amazon Cloud, ASP.NET MVC, . NET Web API, Java and Microsoft .NET WPF development methodologies and frameworks
